B2 Strong and Steady grew out of years spent in rehab centers seeing too many preventable falls. With 23 combined years in occupational and physical therapy settings, we created a mobile service that reaches seniors earlier, in their own homes, focusing on confidence, balance, and strength before a serious fall ever occurs.
